One of the five best meals I've had in my life. The duck sampler was outstanding. All aspects of the meal, from appetizer to soup to sides were also excellent. Very friendly and competent staff; professional but not stuffy. Great wine selection and people who seemed to know about their wines. Cozy setting and I was made to feel very welcome. Sometimes as a single diner one does not get the same respect and attention as a couple or a group, but there was no hint of that here. Well worth the price. I will make it a point to have at least one dinner here each time I come to NOLA...and I know I'll be back to NOLA...seven visits and counting!
